You buy Skip & Play once. It runs on your Mac, it collects nothing, and if it does not work for you, Apple refunds it.
Which document applies to you
If you bought Skip & Play in the Mac App Store — Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement governs that licence, and this page adds only what is written below about support, refunds and privacy.
If you ever buy software directly from this site — this page will govern it instead, and it will say so plainly before you pay. Nothing is sold directly here yet.
What you are buying
A licence to use Skip & Play on the Macs associated with your Apple Account, for as long as you like. One purchase, no subscription and no recurring charge.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase ourselves: we have no access to Apple's purchase records. The full picture, including what changes when we sell directly, is on the refunds page. Write to us first if something is broken — most of the time it is fixable.
What the app does not promise
The app works on video that the browser itself plays. Sites change how they deliver video, and a site can change in a way that stops a control from working until we catch up. We fix what we can and say plainly what we cannot. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live.
What we ask of you
- Do not resell or redistribute the app or pass it off as your own.
- Do not use it to break the terms of the sites you visit.
Privacy
The app collects nothing. The details, in full, are in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and the version you bought under keeps applying to that purchase.
