Refunds

Skip & Play for macOS · effective 1 September 2026

Where you bought it decides who refunds it. Right now there is only one place to buy Skip & Play, and that is the Mac App Store — so Apple refunds it, not us.

Bought in the Mac App Store

Request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, with the Apple Account you bought it with.

Apple is the seller of record for that purchase. It takes the payment, it holds the receipt and it decides the refund under its own policy. We cannot do it for you — we have no access to Apple's purchase records, cannot see your transaction and have no way to return money we never received directly.

That is not us passing you around. Write to us first if something is broken: support@skipplaysave.com. Most refund requests we have seen for software like this are a site where a control did not work, and that is usually fixable in a version rather than a refund.

Bought directly from this site

Nothing is sold directly from skipplaysave.com yet. When that changes, this section will say who processes the payment, what the refund window is and how to ask — before the first sale, not after.

Your rights under local law

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place you live. If that law gives you a stronger right to a refund than the process above, that law wins.
